Corporate Fraud – Crime insurance covers financial losses that the company may suffer because of crimes against its assets arising from:

  • A fraud or an act of dishonesty by any Employee acting alone or in collusion with other Employees or
  • A Fraudulent Act performed by Third Parties

Provided that such fraud, act of dishonesty or fraudulent act is committed with the primary intention of causing the insured to incur such Loss and of obtaining a financial benefit to the person who committed such act, and which is first discovered during the Discovery Period.
