Errors and Omissions – E&O

The purpose of this insurance is to indemnify any claims against the insured arising from errors or omissions involuntarily perpetrated at work by independent professionals or companies that provide professional advice and services.

The coverage also provides for costs of defense and the out-of-court settlement agreed by the insurer, besides indemnity awarded in court.
